1. Scope & Definitions

All forwarding arrangements, booking notes, bills of lading, and freight quotations offered by Qanmio Global Logistics are subject to these Standard Trading Conditions and applicable international maritime and aviation conventions (including Hague-Visby Rules and Montreal Convention).

2. Freight Quotations & Validity

All freight quotes provided via website forms, email, or WhatsApp are estimated based on prevailing carrier tariffs, bunker adjustment factors (BAF), currency exchange rates, and fuel surcharges. Rates remain subject to vessel space allocation and carrier sailing schedule changes beyond our direct control.

3. Shipper Warranties & Dangerous Cargo

The customer warrants that all commodity descriptions, weights, dimensions, and HS codes provided are accurate and compliant with origin and destination customs laws. Dangerous goods, lithium batteries, and hazardous materials must be declared in advance with valid MSDS and UN38.3 test reports.

4. Cargo Insurance & Liability

Carrier statutory liability is strictly limited under international transport law. Customers are strongly advised to secure All-Risk Commercial Marine Cargo Insurance, which can be arranged through Qanmio upon booking confirmation.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with established international commercial transport standards and the laws of the jurisdiction specified on the respective Bill of Lading.
